Recovery Therapy

Recovery therapy targets muscle tension, back and neck pain through a personalized approach. Before each session, the specialist discusses your concerns and adapts the method accordingly.
Comprehensive approach: neck → thoracic spine → back → posture.
We never work only with the spot where the tension is felt. We look at the body as a whole and search for the connection.
A dedicated direction is post-operative recovery for women: gentle programs after childbirth and plastic surgery, aligned with your doctor’s recommendations.
Recommended in courses of 5–10 sessions. Most clients notice reduced tension after just the first visit.
Sports Recovery
Preparation for training loads, faster recovery, and injury prevention.
Sports recovery helps muscles bounce back faster after physical exertion and reduces the risk of injury. The method is tailored to your sport and activity level.
Suitable for both amateur athletes and anyone with an active lifestyle. Recommended before or after intensive workouts.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
Removes excess fluid, reduces swelling, and leaves a feeling of lightness.
Lymphatic drainage therapy stimulates lymph flow, helping remove excess fluid from tissues and reduce swelling. The gentle technique makes it comfortable even for sensitive skin.

Four-Hands Massage
Two therapists work in sync — deep full-body relaxation in a single session.

The treatment format is agreed in advance when booking. Available within the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv, and elsewhere by arrangement.
